Description
A golden pomegranate lit by Gules charged with the FMR monogram of the same, accompanied by the head of the royal crown naturally and at the tip of a list of Gules inscribed NUNQUAM RETRORSUM in gold letters.
Symbolism
The crown represents service to the sovereign. The grenade recalls the original role of the riflemen, soldiers specifically trained to ensure the protection of artillerymen. "FMR" is an abbreviated form of a variant of the regimental name and "NUNQUAM RETRORSUM" is its currency.
